Bins
48' (14.63m) or larger include a sweep carrier. The carrier
wheels roll across the bin floor and help support the
flight and shield. If your bin is 90' (27.43m) or larger,
two carriers are provided for more support.
The
bearing helps stabilize the flight auger against the weight
of the grain.
The
rubber wheel allows the auger to move forward and keeps
the sweep flighting from touching the bin floor.
The
commercial sweep motor mounts are manufactured using 3/16"
(4.76mm) plate steel. All bearings are sealed, self-aligning,
re-greasable, and set in a cast block housing.

Built
to last, commercial bin wells can be used in a full floor, a
trench, or a concrete installation. Gates are made of 1/4"
(6.35mm) steel and heavy duty rollers let you open and close
gates with little effort.
