Hi-Flight Conveyor Features...
• Bend sections available in 15, 30, 45 and 60 degree units for conveyors requiring both a horizontal and inclined run.

• Bypass inlets in 3 ft. and 10 ft. lengths.

• Abrasion resistant bottoms and bolted side liner packages available (see below).

• Split housing pillow block roller bearing at each end.

• Head and tail housing split for shaft and sprocket removal.

Chain Assembly
The chain assembly includes 1/2" thick UHMW paddles (3/4" thick on 36" x 27") with angle iron attachments.

Liner Packages:
Liner Package #1
3/16" medium hard abrasion resistant bottoms.

Liner Package #2
10 gauge bolted medium hard abrasion resistant side liners and 3/16" medium hard abrasion resistant bottoms.

Liner Package #3
3/16" bolted medium hard abrasion resistant side liners and 1/4" medium hard abrasion resistant bottoms.

DMC Hi-Flight Conveyors are used for conveying applications requiring angles of incline 15 degrees and greater with capacities up to 20,000 BPH. A powder paint coat finish is standard with galvanized construction available.
